Connections are made using official OAuth authorization.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate.
By publishing through the Platform you grant us permission to:

your content solely for providing the requested services.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. AI Generated Content
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate:

- marketing posters
- marketing videos
- SEO content
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate applicable laws
- infringe intellectual property rights
- impersonate others
- distribute malware
- send spam
- publish illegal content
- abuse API rate limits
- attempt unauthorized access
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform relies on external providers including:
- OpenAI
- Meta
- X
- TikTok
- YouTube
Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for outages or changes to third-party APIs.
9. Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may temporarily affect the Service.
10. Payments
Where applicable:
- subscriptions are billed in advance
- fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
